Welcome to the City of Lincoln General Plan Update web site. During the General Plan Update process, this web site
will be used to provide information on the update program, highlight upcoming public workshops and hearings, and
provide a convenient location to obtain information and reports concerning the General Plan.
Mintier & Associates and Matrix Design
Group are the lead planning consulting firms hired to prepare the General Plan Update
for the City.
Status
The City is re-circulating the General Plan's draft environmental impact
report (EIR) for public comment. Public
comment on this document is invited for a 45-day
period extending from July 16, 2007, through
August 29, 2007. Click on the "Documents" button

download and review.
