To find the document you need, just click the appropriate menu
above. |
- The General Plan menu will provide links to the adopted
plan and the Land Use & Circulation Diagram
(March 2008).
- The Technical Appendices menu will link
you to
the studies prepared and used in the preparation
of the General Plan.
- The Background Report provides a snapshot in time of the
conditions and trends influencing the community at the time
the General Plan was being prepared.
- The Environmental Impact Report (EIR) menu will provide
access to the environmental analysis documents prepared to
meet the requirements of the California Environmental
Quality Act (CEQA).
- The Acknowledgements page will give you a link to the
persons involved in the General Plan program.
- The Web Links page provides links to the City's website
and the General Plan website.

Documents
on this CD are stored as Adobe Acrobat® PDF files. This file
type ensures that what you see is the same as the printed
